The It’s All Included Fallacy
recent example a rv web services provider claims WE NEVER UPCHARGE FOR ANYTHING then launches a new feature in which they upcharge.
another example is claiming you do all kinds of work that's 'included' and actually doing it. Many sites that claim it's all included hardly EVER get updated.
we left our previous website provider because they never called or emailed us back. we couldn't get changes/udpates done to our site that were outside of our abilities. if you moved to new provider for better service and results would'nt you expect to pay for that level of service/results?
