“Consumers aren’t typing ‘RV dealer near me’ anymore. They’re asking open-ended questions like Which RV sleeps four and can tow my motorcycle? AI summarizes those answers instantly—and decides whether your dealership shows up.” 

Her advice: treat AI like your best online salesperson. That means giving it the details it needs—clear pricing, structured inventory data, FAQs, and content that positions your team as trusted experts. 

“Your website isn’t a brochure—it’s where decisions are made. Give AI the same information a great salesperson would share, and shoppers will be more confident in choosing you.” 

Aubrey also highlighted the importance of protecting local loyalty. Accurate Google Business information, strong review volume, and consistent follow-up keep your most valuable customers from drifting to national competitors when AI introduces them to other options. 

Chris Woerner – Chief Product Officer, InteractRV

Chris built on Aubrey’s perspective by showing how AI-ready websites deliver real results. His message was clear: content and reputation—not ad spend—determine if you appear in AI-generated answers. 

“AI is no longer just showing results; it’s giving the answer. Whether or not your dealership is included depends on what content you’ve provided and the reputation you’ve earned.”
